Custodial duties include but are not limited to the following:
All general cleaning duties to maintain the building Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, stripping and buffing of floors, carpet cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, cleaning of walls, clean trash pails, window washing, etc.
Moving of furniture and set up of furniture for events and maintenance of areas.
All general yard duties to maintain the grounds and sidewalks Required to report to work after snow storms to assist in snow removal from sidewalks and walkways Evacuating of people out of building in case of fire drill and/or emergencies Other duties as required Job Type:
