Responsibilities:
Monitoring and administering all aspects of Inventory Control Shipping and Receiving - Handling incoming/ outgoing shipments and confirming accuracy of deliveries Working closely with project management to ensure material is properly accounted for within the confines of our software/ systems in place Assist with yearly Inventory Audit Maintain accurate inventory counts of all equipment, stock, and project specific material Track and document changes in inventory.
Reconcile discrepancies as needed Reporting of Monthly Inventory Valuations Perform regular cycle counts Tracking of purchase orders and bills of material drop-shipped to site Following up with vendors on status of orders as needed Complying with all internal and external procedures, rules, and regulations Ensure compliance with safety standards Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have Warehouse Experience Telecommunications Experience a plus Must be proficient in Excel Strong Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Dedicated and hard working Reliable/ Can Work Flexible Shifts Self-starter, ability to work without close supervision Multi-tasking a must Salary is based on experience.
