We are seeking a Permanent Machine Shop Supervisor to join our team in the dynamic Manufacturing industryThis position offers the chance to lead a team of skilled CNC machinists, work with cutting-edge machinery, and contribute to the production of high-quality parts and components.
Responsibilities:
As a Machine Shop Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our CNC machine shopYou will be responsible for:
1Supervising and coordinating the activities of CNC machinists, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.2Programming and operating CNC machines, using Mastercam software to produce precision parts and components.3Implementing and maintaining AS9100 quality management system to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards.4Utilizing CAD/CAM software for part design and manufacturing planning.5Training and mentoring staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.6Troubleshooting and resolving machine and production issues swiftly to minimize downtime.7Collaborating with other departments such as Engineering and Quality Assurance to optimize production processes and enhance product quality.8Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.9Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
